U subotu, 30. marta 2019. godine, zajedno Rotari klub Beograd Metropolitan i naša firma, GFP, uredili su prostorije Kulturno umetničkog društva „Ivo Lola Ribar“. Servisne akcije su jedan od razloga zašto smo se udružili. Zajedno je lakše, a najsrećniji smo kada je naš doprinos društvu odmah vidljiv!
U subotu, 11. avgusta 2018., rotari klub Beograd Metropolitan uz pomoc kompanije GFP doo iz Beograda organizovao je akciju sređivanja bašte i dvorišta Doma za stare na Voždovcu. Predsednik kluba i organizator akcije Darko Šovran, direktor firme GFP doo, obezbedio je mašinu za farbanje. a ostlai članovi kluba su pomogli u farbanju klupa u dvorištu i spoljnih zidova Doma.
DOMU DVORIŠTENastavljajući saradnju sa Domom za stare na Voždovcu, Rotary klub Beograd Metropolitan je u subotu, 11. avgusta 2018., pomogao u oplemenjivanju bašte i dvorišta ovog Doma.

U subotu, drugog februara rotari klub Beograd Metropolitan uz pomoc kompanije GFP doo iz Beograda organizovao je akciju farbanja stepeništa i ivičnjaka u školi za slepe i slabovide “Veljko Ramadanović“ u Zemunu. Član kluba i organizator akcije Darko Šovran, direktor firme GFP doo, obezbedio je mašinu za farbanje specijalnom bojom za puteve i samu boju, dok su svi članovi kluba u jednoj zanimljivoj radnoj akciji uspeli da ofarbaju sve ivičnjake u dvorištu škole, kao i jedno od problematičnijih stepeništa u školi. Ovom akcijom rotari klub je uspeo da deci koja imaju problema sa vidom omogući da aktivno koriste svoje igralište i budu spokojna da se neće povrediti tokom svojih slobodnih aktivnosti u dvorištu. Zahvalili bi se kompaniji Pitura koja nam je obezbedila boju.

The Rotary Club Belgrade Metropolitan has made social responsibility an integral part of their business model. Their latest action took place in a school for the blind and near-blind children in Belgrade whereby, one of their members, Darko Šovran, owner of the company GFP and Graco distributor in Serbia, helped to paint curbs and stairs.
The school for blind and near-blind children “Veljko Ramdanovic“ has a very big school yard and several facilities where children play and walk from one building to another every day. In the current conditions, children couldn’t run and play without the risk of tripping over curbs.
Rotary club Belgrade Metropolitan decided that a change was needed to enable the children to have a normal childhood, as physical activities are very important for the development of children.
A Graco unit, the LineLazer was used to paint all the curbs in the playground with yellow road paint, donated by paint producer “Pitura“. The result is that the children can now see when they need to be careful while running and playing.
This action is the second one, as a similar project had already been carried out in another school for blind and near-blind children in Belgrade. Since there are only two schools in Belgrade for groups with this disability, this project will be continued in other cities in Serbia.
